How it works
Select a hat from my webpage. if you need help, send me an image of your outfit and a photo of you (so i can pick the right style for you) and I will match a hat for you.
Post
The rental fee does not include postage and will be calculated when your destination is provided. All hats will be sent by express post from Australia Post. We are located in the inner west of Sydney. Return postage will be included in your postage fee.
Rent your hat for 5 to 7 days
My hire period is over 5 to 7 days. You will need to try on your headpiece with your outfit in advance and we suggest that your hat arrive 2 days before your event.
Wear your hat
Your hat is yours for the period of 5 to 7 days but can only be worn one day and only by the customer who has rented the hat.
Return
Place your hat back in its box and rewrap in the bubble wrap provided. Drop it at your nearest post box.
Bond
A bond of $200 per hat per hire applies to all hats and will be applied for hats not returned within 7 days of the due date.
Late fee
A $30 per day late fee applies to all hats not returned by the due date.
Hat Care
My hats are all handmade from natural materials and they are very delicate and must be kept dry. Rain will damage the hat.
Privacy
We do not collect private information of our customers.
Terms and conditions
a) The hat remains the property of Tammy Gill Design at all times.
b) The hire fee is payable in full to book the hat.
c) Hats are hired per event and are use for one day only.
d) Once the hat has been hired, payment is required even if not worn.
e) The hire fee is non refundable and will include a bond.
f) The liability of the hirer commence at the time the hats are collected by the customer. If the hat is damaged beyond reasonable wear and tear, the bond will be forfeited.
g) you are responsible to ensure that you have provided the correct postal address.
h) Amelies hat club for hire are for the Australian customers only.
i) late fees. Should the hat not be returned by the due date, there is a late fee of $30 per day per hat.
